With over 25 years in the hospitality industry and more than a decade in leadership roles, Karina Skripnichenko brings a wealth of experience, passion, and dedication to her role as General Manager. For the past 3 years, Karina has led the team in Oakbrook, with previous leadership experience at sister restaurants Houlihan’s Restaurant + Bar and Make Room for Truman.

Karina holds a bachelor’s degree in English and Psychology and is currently pursuing her MBA—an academic journey that reflects her commitment to personal and professional growth.

She believes Oakbrook is a truly special place, defined by its unique talents, warmth, and authentic hospitality. Karina credits the success of the team to the incredible individuals she works with—people who support the vision and goals of the company and who share a deep sense of respect for one another and for every guest they serve.

With over 40 years of culinary leadership, Chef Ezequiel Perez has built a distinguished career centered around creating exceptional dining experiences. His culinary journey began at the age of 18, driven by a deep passion for cooking and hospitality.

In 1995, Chef Ezequiel joined Devon’s Seafood, where his dedication, skill, and vision quickly earned him the role of Executive Chef. At Devon, he continues to craft memorable dishes that blend creativity with precision, always aiming to exceed guest expectations.

Guided by a simple yet powerful philosophy—to deliver an outstanding and unforgettable dining experience to every guest—Chef Ezequiel remains committed to culinary excellence.

When he's not leading in the kitchen, he enjoys spending time with his wife and children, often cooking together in their backyard—where his love for food and family shines just as brightly.
