Chef Chelsea Scodari was appointed Executive Chef for Devon Seafood + Steak (Hershey, PA) in June 2025.
Chelsea’s time in culinary with Hershey Entertainment & Resorts began in March of 2024, serving as Sous Chef at Hershey Country Club. With 20 years of culinary experience, Scodari’s career started in Philadelphia in 2006, where she was Sous Chef for Jose Garces. She then moved to San Francisco, where she served as Chef De Partie at Spruce, a Michelin Star Restaurant, and had the honor of preparing meals for a former Presidential Party. She moved back East, where she worked at Le Bernardin in New York, a three-Michelin-star, all-seafood restaurant for four years. At the time of her employment, the restaurant was named #19 Best Restaurant in the World. Chelsea brings a passion for creativity and a demand for excellence to Devon Seafood + Steak.
